For example; statistically users of ze-netâ„¢ High-Speed Internet Access (HSIA) systems get on-line over 96% of the time without any assistance. However, should some problem occur, with one call to our Help-Desk, that success rate jumps to 99.8%. And should it be necessary, our Help-Desk team will escalate any unresolved issue to a senior technical specialist and call the property to give your on-duty staff a heads-up.
