RANDALL JAMISON, FOUNDER, PRESIDENT & CEO Mr. Jamison has over 35 years successful business experience, and 25 years in telecommunications, marketing and management. Prior to co-founding Ze-Net Technologies in 2000, he served for 10 years as President & CEO of Telux Corporation, a telecommunications sales and service company marketing to the Hospitality and Small to Medium Business Markets. Previous telecom positions include Southwest Region Manager, RCA Commercial Products / GE Business Telephone Systems, and Senior Account Manager for Universal Communication Systems / Bell South.

 

JOHN FARUOLO, FOUNDER, VICE PRESIDENT-SALES Mr. Faruolo's career includes 30 years business and technology sales experience. Prior to co-founding Ze-Net Technologies, he was Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Telux Corporation. Former sales positions included District Sales Manager for RCA Commercial Products and GE Business Telephone Systems, where he focused his sales efforts on hotel and small business applications. Originally from New York, Mr. Faruolo earned a Chemical Engineering degree from The Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn.

 

SCOTT JAMISON, FOUNDER, VICE PRESIDENT-OPERATIONS Mr. Jamison is a co-founder of Ze-Net Technologies and has over 13 years technical and management experience in computer and broadband networking. He has extensive experience with Microsoft networks and server administration. He has a detailed understanding of the Cisco, Ruckus & HP Wired and Wireless Network product lines and is responsible for the design and development of the Local Area Network infrastructure used to support Ze-Net’s voice, data and video (“triple play”) solutions. Mr. Jamison earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of North Texas and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification at Southern Methodist University SEAS.

 

THOMAS GUZIAK, VICE PRESIDENT - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Mr. Guziak's career includes 13 years of business, telecom sales engineering and project management experience. Prior to joining Ze-Net Technologies, Thomas served as President and CEO of Defero3, Inc where he founded their hosted telephony solution for hospitality use. Former sales positions include Voice & Data Specialist for Redwood Systems Group and Account Executive for Mid-America Telephone Systems where his sales efforts were focused on hospitality voice & data applications. Mr. Guziak is a seasoned professional who has extensive telecommunications knowledge coupled with creative ideas for product/service applications.

 

KYLE STEFFY, DIRECTOR – TECHNICAL SERVICES Mr. Steffy has over 5 years of technical and troubleshooting experience with computers and broadband networking. He is responsible for installation and support team management as well as project management.  He has a deep understanding of the wired and wireless Local Area Network infrastructures installed by Ze-Net, as well as the software used to manage these networks. Mr. Steffy earned a Bachelor of Arts and Science from the University of North Texas. He is also a Cisco Certified Network Associate.
