This important feature of our service program allows our Remote Maintenance Center (RMC) to quickly react to any service request, and to perform high level remote testing, diagnostics and repair. Modern remote maintenance capabilities help cut the time required to resolve most service issues, it greatly reduces the number of service visits by field technicians, and most importantly, it helps eliminate technical disruptions that affect your business.
Our RMC is manned 24X7 by our technical staff and is equipped with the latest remote testing and diagnostic equipment to perform both hardware and software support. And, when used in conjunction with our sophisticated site management system, we are able to deliver a very high level of support and service to our customers.
